Anxiety Counselling for Teens

Personalised counselling sessions tailored to help your teenager manage their fears, worries and stress

If your teen is struggling with anxiety, they don’t have to face it alone.

Anxiety is one of the most common challenges facing teens today. Many teenagers find themselves overwhelmed by stress, worry and fear. This can leave teens feeling isolated, lonely, and lacking confidence. Without the right tools to manage, anxiety can take over.

Mindful Me specialises in working with teenagers and completely understand how to work with teen anxiety. Counselling teenagers requires a unique skill set compared to working with adults. Our therapists have specialised skills to work with teenagers and understand how to connect and explore issues exclusively experienced during this developmental period.

Parents are actively included in our structured session blocks. This approach offers parents insights into their teen’s progress and provides you with practical strategies to support them effectively at home.

With tailored guidance from our teen experts, your child can learn to manage anxiety and build lasting resilience, empowering you to help them thrive.
