My passion for counselling grew from over a decade of working with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate their challenges and strengthen their relationships. Through these experiences, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the importance of healthy, close relationships as a fundamental need for everyone.
To better support my clients, I’ve specialised in Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and other attachment-informed approaches. These evidence-based techniques enable me to help individuals, couples, and families understand their differences, work through their struggles, and build more fulfilling and connected relationships.
I find it incredibly rewarding to witness clients gain insight into the patterns that keep them stuck. Guiding them gently toward forming new, healthier dynamics is at the heart of my work. I am also continuing to grow in my expertise as I work toward completing a Master’s degree in Counselling.

When I’m not working with clients or spending quality time with my family, I enjoy unwinding with friends and diving into my favorite hobbies. I have a passion for traveling and love the thrill of roller skating and bike riding. Recently, I’ve taken up surfing—a challenge that’s both exciting and rewarding.
These activities give me a sense of freedom, adventure, and balance in life. Whether it’s exploring new destinations or mastering a new skill, I’m always seeking opportunities for growth, connection, and fun beyond the therapy room.
I love staying active with biking, swimming, and surfing—they give me a sense of freedom and connection to the outdoors. When I’m not on the move, I enjoy diving into a good book. Right now, I’m reading The Myth of Normal by Gabor Maté, which has been both thought-provoking and inspiring.
For me, it’s all about balancing adventure with moments of reflection, always seeking new ways to grow and stay curious.
