We help teenagers manage anxiety, build emotional resilience, and feel more confident.
Getting started is simple.
Fill out our short questionnaire and we’ll match your teen with a therapist who’s the right fit.
From there, you can book your first session, where you and your teen will meet the therapist together and set some initial goals.
Anxiety can shows up in teens in so many ways — Social withdrawal and fear of judgement, academic pressure and perfectionism, overthinking, or panic attacks and physical manifestations.
And as a parent, it can feel heartbreaking and helpless when you don’t know how to help, or feel worried that they may refuse it.
That’s why we work with both teens and parents.
We create a safe space where they can build resilience, regulate emotions, and gain confidence.
You’re included every step of the way (with your teen’s consent), gaining insight and practical tools to support them at home. You’ll never be left in the dark.
Our team is handpicked for their experience, warmth, and ability to connect with young people.
We follow a clear, collaborative therapy framework from day one.
We involve parents in the the process to create meaningful, supported,
and lasting change.

Lachie used to avoid assignments until the last minute, overwhelmed by a fear of failure and self-doubt. He hadn’t realised his procrastination was linked to anxiety until therapy helped him unpack the deeper emotional patterns. With support, Lachie shifted his mindset, built healthier study habits, and now feels more confident and in control of his schoolwork.
Sienna used to cry most mornings before school. Now she’s got a part-time job, a great group of friends, and doesn’t panic when speaking up in class.
